We at SNL are committed to the environment. One of the goals is to create a "greener" environment at home and in the workplace. In addition to the overall outcome of consuming less energy by using our product we will also help to the cause of needing less oil. To help better understand our goal we have provided the following statistical information, provided by Business & Economy which states that the power tool industry is expected to grow to $29.2 billion in 2009. Of that amount approximately 25% can be considered corded tools, if you assume that the average dollar amount per tool is $60-$70 that leaves the possibility of 100,000,000 corded power tools sold in 2009. As we proceed with the retrofitting market we will eliminate up to 75% cords and there by the use of rubber and copper resulting in lower expectations of oil comsumption.
